  1. I used to work at a concurrent disorders transitional program, and we had some awesome peer support workers who had been through treatment gotten clean/sober, and were helping others. Recovery is possible.

  2. Look for ministries in hour area that specialize in this. One of the first things you should learn is that having a supportive family or family-like support group is essential to your long term hopes for getting and staying clean.

  3. Dry places and dry faces is first thing I learned 30 years ago. I have lost it all a few times due to alcohol, I have been clean from crack cocain for 31 years. Thing is we have to let go and let God and take it one day at a time.
